Children may enter the pre-school program at 2yrs. 9mos.
Pre-School Objectives:
*Children will explore the world through socialization and dramatic play.
*Students will learn through hands on activities, games, stories, rhyming, songs and themes.
*Concepts consist of numbers, shapes, sorting, patterns, one to one correspondence, predicting, and measuring.
*Children will develop both their fine motor skills through daily art, painting drawing, gluing and puzzles.
*Gross motor skills are developed during outdoor play.

The 3 yr. olds will:
-Count items to 10, identify numbers 0-5, and identify shapes, sizes and colors
-Recognize their first name
-Explore color mixing with food coloring, paints and water colors
-Observe weather conditions, plant and insect life, and other science concepts
Three year old Teachers: Deborah Sales and Patricia Stackhouse
The 4 yr. olds will:
-Count items to 15, identify numbers 0 – 10
- Recognize and write their first name
-Explore the outdoors, animals, friends, family and other concepts
-Be introduced to the alphabet
-Take part in other Kindergarten Readiness activities
